Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Annual Broker Holiday Party

Each year, BCBSMA would hold a holiday party to thank the insurance brokers with whom it worked. The invitation required the creative team to appropriately and effectively manage the expectations of sales, events management, C-suite stakeholders, and public opinion. The invitation copy and design were limited to the festiveness of the season, the close of the year, and had to express thanks for the mutually beneficial relationship between BCBSMA and its brokers.
