Breast Biopsy Prep Sheet for Radiology

I was approached by Taunton Radiology Associates to redesign and rewrite their breast biopsy preparation fact sheet. They had a low-compliance rate for biopsy prep, and the existing information was written to an 11th grade reading level. The Morton Hospital client base is of lower socioeconomic status, so this sheet was rewritten to a 7th grade reading level. I chose pink as an accent color because it has a high association with breast cancer-related services and products.
