Medicare Part D Direct Mailer

With the advent of 2006 Medicare overhaul, private insurers were allowed to offer Medicare recipients health plan coverage. The Medicare prescription drug benefit (Part D) was an untapped and potentially lucrative market for insurers and their companion pharmacy benefits management counterparts. I served as copywriter for this piece, which was delivered to over 1 million Medicare beneficiaries in Massachusetts. All copy had to comply with federal standards for marketing and advertising, and I was responsible for ensuring that compliance on this and all other BCBSMA Medicare collateral.
