Website Relaunch: Consumer Guide
This print piece was intended to guide Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts health plan members in using a newly-redesigned, portal-based website. The site had comprehensive content updates throughout, and I was the lead copywriter for this guide, and for its companion B2B product. Note tag: “personal, powerful, protected”, which I wrote and which served as the unifying theme on all consumer collateral associated with the relaunch.
